Signed upside down to the blank FFE (as usual) in blue ink -- probably a fountain pen -- "Kind Wishes / Paul Robeson." FFE also bears to top right the PON "Marilyn Du Gas / Soph. '47." (not "Dugas.") Small stain (small as a fingernail) near bottom of front board. The "good" original dust jacket is not price-clipped -- original $2.50 price showing -- but jacket shows dampstains, and considerable chipping to top of rear panel.
