About the Author:
Barbara Wood has authored a wide array of educational materials for teachers, parents, and students. Her background includes experience as a classroom teacher, school board member, and founder of a private school. Barbara has a special interest in educational software and has helped to design a number of award-winning software products. She considers her experience as the mother of four to be her most valuable career asset. Deborah Hayes is the author of many teacher resource books, dozens of curriculum guides, and educational software designs. She spent several years as an elementary school teacher, both in public and private schools, and was named "Best New Educator" early in her career. Deborah has been a featured speaker at multiple educational conferences, as well as conducting teacher training seminars across the country on a variety of topics. Currently, she home-schools her three sons in Franklin, Tennessee, which she considers to be her greatest adventure yet!
