About the Author:
While Bev Boissery has written more than twenty books, ranging from academic and legal history to young adult fiction. Her young adult Sophie Mallory series, based on an American caught in the middle of a rebellion in Lower Canada, won several awards, including one from the Canada Council of the Arts.
