He eventually landed on the James W. Bell property near Pincher Creek. These 68 pages, including `notes' and INDEX , are taken from letters he wrote home to his mother in Surrey - 1894 from the steamship and 1896 from (Fort) Macleod. Gardiner first spells it - MacCloud.
